G’day
your inventory headaches end here
my beliefs on OPERATIONS…
Complexity is the natural by-product of growth.
Without deliberate design, it quietly erodes service, cash,
and performance.
The role of a modern supply chain is not simply to support the business.
It is to stabilise it.
Structure creates freedom.
When decision rules are clear, teams move faster, leaders carry less risk, and performance becomes repeatable.
Design the system. Performance follows.
I work with growing manufacturers and product businesses when operational complexity starts getting in the way of performance.
Over the past 15 years, I have led supply chain and operational environments where service, cash, and performance were directly shaped by the decisions my teams and I made, progressing to Head of Operations with full commercial accountability.
Before moving into independent advisory work, I led multi site transformations that improved flow, strengthened inventory control, and delivered measurable financial outcomes. This included reducing write offs by $380K within 12 months, halving backorders across a 3,000 SKU portfolio while lowering inventory exposure, and delivering a manufacturing and warehouse transformation with a sub 18 month return on investment.
I am typically engaged when inventory is drifting, service is becoming unpredictable, or growth is exposing structural gaps. My focus is simple. Design supply chains that operate with discipline today and scale without chaos tomorrow.
